The NanoData web platform has been launched by the EU Observatory for Nanomaterials (EUON)

The NanoData web platform has today (12 June, 2018) been launched by the EU Observatory for Nanomaterials (EUON). This web platform was developed and populated by JIIP and its partners in the NanoData consortium for the European Commission (DG Research & Innovation) in a procurement study between 2013 and 2017. The consortium, with JIIP partners Joanneum Research, Tecnalia and TNO, also comprised CWTS (University of Leiden), Frost & Sullivan (UK) and the Nanotechnology Industries Association (NIA).

The web platform contains data on different products, research projects, publications, patents and companies and helps users to visualise statistics quickly through built-in charts and graphs. The data can also be easily filtered by different sectors and geographic locations.

The web platform can be accessed through the following link: https://nanodata.echa.europa.eu

Data from the project is also analysed and reported in the Landscape Compilation reports and Impact Assessment, see http://www.jiip.eu/dweb/news/nanodata-landscape-compilation-reports-june-2017-european-commission-publishes-eight-new-reports-nanotechnology and http://www.jiip.eu/dweb/news/new-publications-nanodata-impact-assessment-reports
